Playmaster.gg is a gaming service that has an advanced skill-based training program designed by Logitech G to help gamers improve their skills and reach their full potential

Playmaster already had a first version of a website that was lacking well thought UX

Understand what audience we target and what are their needs, pain points and motivations

We invested a lot of our time working on research, information architecture, structure and the way people will interact with the product

Players will get a special
rank so they track their progression over time

Each rank define your skill level. The more you train and improve your skill the higher the rank you will get and climb leaderboard.

Virtual coach will create
a specific program that focuses on closing the gaps

Program is unique for each player, providing them with trainings that they really need to focus on

After the testing we’ve divided the user feedback into logical buckets. Then we focused on the most painful areas that users mentioned frequently so we can fix them on wireframe phase and move on to the visuals.
